School photographs are scheduled for Wednesday 2 November and Thursday 3 November 2016. Class, individual and special group photos will be timetabled across the two days. If you would like your child to be included in photographs, please keep both dates free of alternative appointments. Due to the complexity of scheduling photos across a large school, we need to keep a flexible timetable and it will not be possible to accommodate individual requests.
We request that students wear full school uniform and be prepared to be photographed on both days.
The school provides an opportunity for students in the school to be photographed as service to the parent community. The school also stores electronic copies of individual photographs on our internal database for use on student's reports.
Please inform the school prior to Friday 28 October if you DO NOT WISH your child/ren to be photographed. This should be done by contacting the school office on in writing to the principal.
Information/order packs have been sent home. Please take time to read the relevant information on the MSP Photography payment envelopes and remember these helpful points:
Do not seal envelopes inside each other. You can pay for all children in one envelope however each child needs to have his/her own envelope on photo day.
Sibling Photo Envelopes are available at the school office upon request. (Online Ordering is NOT available for Sibling Photo Packs.)
Please enclose correct money as no change can be given.
Return your individual photo envelopes on photo day ONLY. Your child will be asked to present the envelope directly to the MSP photographer.
