Flinders Public School would like to thank the 102 families who recently participated in our online school culture survey. After initial analysis of the results:
* 84.54% believed that Flinders Public School know about the community in which is serves.
* 87.49% felt that our school leaders have a positive influence on the school culture.
* 91.92% indicated that Flinders Public School praises and rewards individuals who are successful.
* 90.91% believed that the students are the school's main concern.
* 86% are proud of our school.
* 92.93% indicated that the school encourages new students and their families to be involved in school activities.
* 88% indicated that the school encourages students to achieve their best.
* 91.92% believe that the school encourages everybody to learn.
* 87% felt that the school caters for the learning needs of all students.
* 86% indicated that the school is continually finding ways to improve what it does.
Flinders Public School will continue to analyse these results and will subsequently use this data to continue to make improvements to ensure Flinders Public School is the best it can be.
